installing nvidia-settings doesn't add gksu to the launcher command

Bug Description

Binary package hint: nvidia-settings

I have an nVidia graphics card with restricted drivers enabled. I had to install nvidia-settings manually, so used:
$ sudo apt-get install nvidia-settings

After installation, the launcher shows up under "System > Administration > NVIDIA X Server Settings", but the command is simply "/usr/bin/nvidia-settings". When launched without elevated permissions, no changes to the xconfig file can be made.

Instead, the launch command should be: "gksu /usr/bin/nvidia-settings"
