Bug Description

Using Jammy daily build 2022-02-02 on I+N desktop.
Boot_vga is dGPU (nvidia) with RTD3 supports.
Installation from USB without connecting network.

After installation, manually install nvidia-settings works.
`apt install nvidia-settings`
