Bug Description
Hello,
I use the Nvidia propietary drivers for Ubuntu Mate 16.04.
First i open up nvidia settings due to the console command "sudo nvidia-settings".
Then i change the refresh rate to 144hz and save a xorg.conf file.
After the first reboot everything works fine but after the second reboot the file gets deleted
or overridden ?!? and my display changes to default 60hz.
This worked fine in Ubunte Mate 15.10 so something must be changed in the new version...
