nvidia-settings ignores randr settings; shows displays as unrotated

Bug Description

nvidia-settings no longer has a rotation entry because the driver now supports the relevant version of RandR to allow the system tools to do it itself.

However, once randr is set via the system tools, nvidia-settings "X Server Display Configuration" no longer accurately reflects the current configuration of the system and thus cannot be used effectively.

Further, tools like the gnome-control-center's options for "wacom graphics tablet" appear to rely on the same info that nvidia-settings is to determine the display layout, and thus fail to properly configure their geometry.
