Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
Install nvidia-prime,
select nvidia card using prime-select nvidia,
connect external monitor and try to change the resolution,
log out and log back in,
Could not start ksmserver message pops up.
Works fine with ubuntu, must be a KDE related bug.
The problem is not present when using the intel card.
This bug has been present in 13.10, too.
