Bug Description
The screen won't enter power down. It "blanks" (i.e. goes black but the backlight is still on). I have configured this to happen automatically after 10 mins of inactivity, however this doesn't work.
Also running xset dpms force off, suspend, standby will either cause it to do the same thing, or it will flicker on and off a few times before coming back on.

[Not sure if this is actually on the X/nvidia side or the kernel, filing to nvidia for now.]
