I personally updated to 302.07, but it stills happends (but less frequently, or maybe I just stopped using flash/video)

The suggested solution is to add the following ppa: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates sudo apt-get update
Then force the version 295.40 in synaptic.
