Bug Description

I use a cheap mainboard with the GeForce 6100 SE nForce 430 on board graphic chip. Until the Kernel 2.6.32-29 it was running okay with a wide screen LCD monitor 1366 X 768, from version 2.6.32-30 it is not working anymore. I tried some settings but no success.

Thank you for reporting this problem. Do you use NVidia drivers for the graphics card?

Additionally, I don't think that Friendly project should be affected by this bug.

Thank you for fast reply! I do not use NVidia Drivers, just the standard from ubuntu.
Maybe the monitor is not recognised anymore. I use a Acer H193HQV, with Ubuntu 2,6,32-29 it shows as Acer Technologies 19"

Sorry I am not a computer expert but 1 hour google search did not get any result, that why I reported "the bug", yet again, I did not change anything from -29 to the -30 Kernel.

Kind regards
Thomas

This isn't related to the Ubuntu Friendly program, so marking it as invalid in UF.

That version is no more supported; please open a new bug report if the actual archive found version also has the same issue.
