window freeze until i move the window

Bug Description
When using some softwares, the window of my application sometimes freezes. the only way to unfreeze it is to move it or resize it or sometimes, click somewhere out of the window.
I upgraded from 10.10 to 11.04
I have 2 nvidia cards with 3 screens. Xinerama is on (no other usable ways to have 3 screens working together) :
lspci | grep VGA
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation GT218 [GeForce 210] (rev a2)
06:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation GT218 [GeForce 210] (rev a2)
It was working well with 10.10_64 but not with 11.04_64.
2 softwares having problems : Blender & voodoo
