Bug Description

While upgrading from the last Ubuntu release to Lucid I got an error message that the nvidia module failed to compile, and that errors occurred during upgrade.

This is kind of curious as this computer has an Intel based graphics card, and I can't remember either installing it, so I am not sure why it is trying to install the nvidia module. Will investigate more after a reboot.

Looks like the nvidia stuff was already installed from some time ago. Odd.
