Bug Description
Binary package hint: xorg
On my Nvidia Geforce Go 6100 on my laptop, with the nvidia binary blob driver, the text in the Ctrl Alt F[1-6] consoles flicker. By flicker, I mean that the text moves up and down a few pixels multiple times a second. This happens continually, but the exact subsecond spacing of the movement seems to be random.
Oddly, when I plugged in an external monitor and set up the computer show that they show different things, the external monitor doesn't exhibit this odd behavior, while the internal monitor continues to exhibit the odd behavior.
This only happens with the nvidia binary blob driver.
