Bug Description

Hi,

after running some updates I'm not able to run my System with full graphics support and screen resolution anymore...
After some investigation I tried to reinstall nvidia-currents, with the following result:

Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 3.2.0-25-generic (x86_64)
Consult /var/lib/dkms/nvidia-current/295.40/build/make.log for more information.

See here the make.log:

DKMS make.log for nvidia-current-295.40 for kernel 3.2.0-25-generic (x86_64)
Fr 22. Jun 11:36:47 CEST 2012

The C compiler 'cc' does not appear to be able to
create executables. Please make sure you have
your Linux distribution's gcc and libc development
packages installed.

*** Failed CC sanity check. Bailing out! ***

make: *** [select_makefile] Fehler 1

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

I just updated again, and recognized the same error for virtualbox.
So I guess the gcc/g++/whatever is somehow broken...
