I see my bug was marked as duplicate and that it affects nvidia-graphics-drivers-535.

Some additional info:
- 550 nvidia driver had same issue when I tested.
- Does not occur just on hibernation, but also if the screen turns off because of inactivity.
- Waking the monitors causes a loop of "no signal" every few seconds on one of the monitors without ever showing an image.
- Logging out after this issue occurs fixes it instantly.
- Turning off the problematic monitor and then turning it on after waking the computer up sometimes work, but some times it causes a crash that just shows the sad computer face with the only option on screen being to log out.

Very annoying issue as I can't lock the computer(or use hibernation), as that causes the monitors to turn off.
