Bug Description
I'm using XFCE + picom for my graphical desktop and the system is using Nvidia GTX 1060 3 GB graphics adapter. Whenever the system is waking from S3 sleep, the graphical desktop freezes once for 10–20 seconds when I resize any existing window or launch a new program.
$ apt policy nvidia-driver-535

It seems that Nvidia has published new version 535.129.03 at https:/
- Fixed a bug that intermittently caused the display to freeze when resuming from suspend on some Ada GPUs.
The 1060 shouldn't be included in Ada family but I wouldn't be surprised if the underlying problem were the same.
Here's the picom command line I'm using in case it makes a difference:
picom --config /dev/null --log-file /dev/null --shadow -o 0.20 -r 8 -l -8 -t -8 --corner-radius 4 --backend glx --glx-no-stencil --glx-no-
The problem seems to happen even without using picom, but the use of picom seems to trigger the issue after every resume from S3. The problem is big enough to increase the S3 resume time for ~30 seconds in practice because the system is unusable until the freeze goes away.
