I'm trying to fix the issue of the HDMI port I assumed that the problem with the Nvidia driver noting that my GPU is Nvidia GTX 1660TI

Maybe the lockdown is more or less exactly what you're trying to do, I'm not sure.

The second looks like hardware failure. It might be insufficient or poor power, or motherboard problems, or card problems, I really don't know.
