When I move a window around, it's lagging and sometimes it's freezing for a second. This is happening after the upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04. Also, it happens all the time, even after I restart my computer.

This is technically an old bug 1799679. It just became worse in 22.04 since GNOME started using GTK4, hence OpenGL, and so most apps are now affected.
