Bug Description
Ubuntu Software update prompted to install an update to Cheese. Then System Settings stopped opening with an error about failing to initialize Clutter. Reading on the internet led me to suspect nvidia driver for my GTX 1660, when I tried to apt install nvidia-driver-450 the current error occurred. AMD 64 8-core. I'm new to Ubuntu so let me know what other system information might be pertinent and where to find it
