UPDATE: Following information may provide help
This issue occurred on my laptop which has two video cards, one is independent nvidia GPU and the other is integrated Intel one. I think this might cause the problem because on my other laptop only has one nvidia GPU, no such kind of issue occurred (Although on that laptop, the nvidia driver is not at the version of 390).
