Bug Description
Recently started experiencing issue where prime-select wont activate the intel card. Hard to pinpoint when this changed occured, as I usually use the intel card, and switching requires a reboot (the machine hangs if I do a simple logout/login or "systemctl restart lightdm.service").

Seems to be intermittent, or a once off. Repeating the reboot has me back on the intel card.
I'll come back to this if I can get it to replicate.
