Bug Description

I'm using the proprietary nVidia driver on Ubuntu 17.10. For energy saving reasons I've choosen Intel Graphics as preferred Graphics Adapter whithin the NVIDIA X Server GUI. After a reboot I'm not able to start the NVIDIA X Server again. Neither by the Icon nor by the command "nvidia-settings". I have to execute "sudo prime-select nvidia" and reboot to make the NVIDIA X Server accessible again.

Besides that, my laptop (IdeaPad 520s) is not able to poweroff or reboot whith nVidia Graphics Adapter selected ("prime select-nvidia). I always get stuck right before the splash screen.
