nvidia-361 361.45.11-0ubuntu3: nvidia-361 kernel module failed to build [error: redefinition of ‘radix_tree_empty’]

As of writing this, everything seem to work fine, there is just this warning saying that nvidia-361 driver as failed to install (I installed it few months ago). I will try to provide further info if I encounter other malfunctions.

Oh and I forgot to mention that I am using the Nvidia-361 driver with prime.

Ok, I just upgraded from Yakkety dev to Yakkety, everything works fine, I don't know what this warning was about but the graphic driver seems to work well so I suppose this bug could marked as solved or something.
