Bug Description
Tested: 361, 364 and 367.
NVIDIA bugs in journalctl:
1. Failed to query NVIDIA devices. Please ensure that the NVIDIA device files (/dev/nvidia*) exist, and that user 121 has read and write permissions for those files.
2. NMI watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 23s! [nvidia-smi:568]
