I am having the same problem with libcuda1-364 and nvidia- graphics- drivers- 364. I found other reports about people experiencing this with even other driver versions (340) as well. It looks to me that this is bug affects (almost) all nvidia driver versions. I propose the package maintainers to block this update immediately as it renders the machines unusable and it does not seem to be an easy task for an unexperienced user to fix.
