this package installs nvidia-352 upto nvidia-367 and jumps to login forever

Bug Description
After login, the screen turns black and jumps back to
the login screen
I typed
sudo apt-get install nvidia-352
the package installs all newer updates upto nvidia-367
which I did not want to try
