Bug Description
I just installed Ubuntu 14.10 AMD64 yesterday. Today I accepted "updated software is available, install now?" and a number of packages were installed, except "nvidia-331" failed with some error about failed to build kernel module. I don't know what it means. Yesterday I chose to use the proprietary Nvideo driver instead of the default Libre one, because that's what the "Lightworks" video editor claimed to need, to work properly (even though, in fact it failed to work properly, but that's another story). I can tell you 'uname -a' on my machine says:
