I guess it's up to you. I don't think most people want to see bug reports popping up on a final releases, especially LTS versions which most of mine are. That is what I have always seen in the past. I've got 7 operating systems on my computer and one of them is 15.04 development. But for Precise 12.04 and the others I turned error reporting off. So, while a system is in development I definitely leave bug reporting on then once it hits final release I usually replace that OS with the next development release. I do not rely on short term releases, I mainly stick with LTS versions. So, I guess it is a matter of preference.
