Synaptic froze everything (to the mouse not responding) and once I had rebooted "the hard way" and tried to upgrade again Bumblebee I found out that the package libcuda1-304 was « half-installed ».
I re-installed every dependency of Bumblebee one at a time and it worked.

I still have an issue when I launch optirun but I guess that's another matter.
