nvidia-304 304.128-0ubuntu1: nvidia-304 kernel module failed to build

After upgrade 4.3.0 stable, this problem happened.
Actually I have another big problem.
When the monitor goes black, it never wakes up.
To overcome problem I have to reboot system.
Ctrl+Alt+F1 or other combinations never overcome the problem.
