nvidia-current shouldn't add conffile that configures 'modprobe'

In Debian/Ubuntu, it's possible to have a package installed with its precious configuration files, and it's possible to remove a packages' contents except for those configuration files so that it can be re-installed later and resume the same state. If a package is removed, the existence or not of conffiles should have no effect on the rest of the system.

But, nvidia.current provides a conffile for modprobe that disables another package's module, nouveau. The nvidia package is overreaching to disable another package's modules when there exists a package state where it does not provide the same facility.

At present, having a removed but unpurged nvidia-common package results in a buggy state.
