Bug Description
Binary package hint: xorg
If I enable the location information in the weather applet and get weather info, the gnome panel at both the top and bottom will be missing after a reboot. The problem appeared after I upgraded from 9.10 to 10.04. I partly solve the problem by following way.
gconftool --recursive-unset /apps/panel
rm -rf ~/.gconf/apps/panel
And then I reboot and the panel appears. But I am not using the weather applet any more.
