DKMS will not build on .28-1.ub kernel

Jaunty testing install--all current updates
Installed linux-image 2.6.28-1-ub-generic, headers & kerneloops

Just setup the new kernel in Jaunty. Expected to have DKMS builds of nVidia driver & Ralink driver built & load properly.

DKMS build of the 177.80 nVidia driver fails--Ralink 2860 driver reports as being built, but will not load.

I have tried the patch in bug report: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers-177/+bug/303107

This did not work for me--will retry later today
