I agree, there are two types of problems that are referenced here, both of them show that the driver is not being used in jockey, but for some the drivers are still working, and for some (including me) none of the OpenGL functions are working.

I would recomend to all the people that have the driver not functioning to report to this other bug:

The manifestation is that you can not run unity, and even when you run the desktop without effects, compiz will probably not run well, notify osd will not be semi transparent etc.
