Bug Description

Binary package hint: nvidia-common

Updating nvidia-common to version 0.2.4.2 failed, automatically updated by Update-Manager:

ImportError: No module named NvidiaDetector
dpkg : erreur de traitement de nvidia-common (--configure) :
 le sous-processus post-installation script a retourné une erreur de sortie d'état 1

Configuration:
Ubuntu Intrepid (8.10) amd64
I have a ATI Graphic Card, I never installed nvidia drivers... the only nvidia packaged I manually installed is "nvidia-cg-toolkit", but I don't think it is the problem.

this affects me when compiling a new kernel using KernelCheck. It is a bit weird, since I have an ATI chipset.
