Bug Description

Binary package hint: nvidia-cg-toolkit

nvidia-cg-toolkit is getting a timeout on the buildd during the setup phase when attempting to download cg from nvidia. The file downloads fine on a separate system. This causes packages which depend on nvidia-cg-toolkit during build to fail.

Marking this a duplicate of bug 284750 as the buildds will propably never get internet access but instead the package needs to be re-packaged so it doesn't require internet access to be installed.
