Compiling on Arch Linux using a PKGBUILD file which boils down to the following lines:
  ./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var --libexecdir=/usr/lib/${pkgname} \
              --disable-static --disable-tests --disable-examples --disable-gputests --enable-doxygen-man --enable-documentation=yes
  make

Same error on arch linux when using tarball sources 3.10 from launchpad and bzr sources instead of PKGBUILD.
