Bug Description
Binary package hint: nut
On upgrade, I was prompted for upgrading many of nut's configuration files since /etc/nut/* are conffiles. Specifically, the following have no reasonable defaults in a configured nut (there may be more):
ups.conf
upsd.users
upsmon.conf
nut.conf
The last one could conceivably be set to MODE=standalone, but that is probably not the best. If nut is to remain unconfigured on install, then its configuration files should probably not be conffiles since it will guarantee (at least) 4 prompts on upgrade.

There is an effort underway to provide the needed foundations for adding a decent debconf for generating a suitable configuration.
I will leave this bug open as a reminder.
