Bug Description
With the upstream sd_notify support request solved [1, 2] in nut 2.8.1, we should ensure our package does use the new sd_notify (optional) feature.
This will also allow us to re-visit LP: #1998481 and re-enable (or re-work) the disabled flaky tests.
Once nut 2.8.1 is out, we should work with Debian to ensure the sd_notify support is used, all tests are re-enabled and its flakiness is indeed removed.
