Bug Description
STEPS:
1. Send an mms from one ubuntu device to another
2. Send an mms from an ubuntu device to an android device.
EXPECTED:
Both receiving devices get the MMS message sent from the sending ubuntu device
ACTUAL:
The android receiver get the MMS the Ubuntu receiver doesn't
