The nuntium log states that the message was correctly acknowledged by the operator (ResponseStatus of 128 == Ok)

Note that an unparsable message would be rejected.
The followup comment from vrruiz states the following:
"I received the MMS to Yoigo, but couldn't send from it (at least the message didn't arrive to my other phone)."
I'm instantly marking this as incomplete as we need the following scenarios tested and described:
krillin ubuntu-touch yoigo -> android os > 4.x "operator"
android os on yoigo -> krillin ubuntu-touch
krillin ubuntu-touch yoigo -> krillin ubuntu-touch yoigo
Don't omit information about the target operator, device and OS and fact that MMS does indeed work when sent from other devices on the Yoigo network.
Create a network test session for each and describe it carefully and with detail.
Also add information about the original target phone's details used for which it is said it was never received
