numlockx is not toggling the numlock status on laptop.
With Numlock on, running 'numlockx off' and then 'numlockx status' shows "Numlock is off", but Numlock is still on (Numlock LED is on and keypad still operates as if Numlock is on).
With Numlock off, running 'numlockx on' and then 'numlockx status' shows "Numlock is on", but Numlock is still off (Numlock LED is off and keypad still operates as if Numlock is off).
