  * New upstream release
  * Include upstream WIP 9246 python 3.12 compatibility pull request as
    python312-pr9246.patch (Closes: #1057461)
  * Fix running autopackage tests. (Closes: #1043545)
  * Disable running subprocess tests to avoid a few python 3.11 test
    failures.
  * Remove copyrights for removed files
  * Update path to now .cpp file _hashlib.cpp in d/copyright
  * Add some descriptions to d/patches
  * Cleanup patches to use local sphinx indexes.
    - Removed duplicate patch file ignore-unavaiable-intersphinx.patch
    - Moved use-local-intersphinx.patch to earlier in the series
    - linked to python3-doc and llvmlite-doc files
    - Added llvmlite-doc to build-depends
  * Update Standards-Version to 4.6.2. No changes needed.
  * Re-enable building with libtbb
  * Remove source/lintian-overrides, upstream fixed the long line.
  * Disable running build tests against python3.12 for now.
    Remove when 0.59 is relelased
  * Use pattern for library-not-linked-against-libc override in
    python3-numba.lintian-overrides
  * lintian-override _dynfunc.cpython-*.so for not calling C functions as
    it just calls python functions.
  * lintian-override dudadrv/_extras, as CUDA is non-free and not available.
  * Remove embedded versioneer.py (Closes: #869538)
    - Add remove-versioneer.patch to remove now
    - Add versioneer.py to d/copyright Files-Excluded to remove in the
      future
