Nullmailer doesn't believe in the existence of spaces

Bug Description

Nullmailer falls over (in its typically inscrutable way) should any configuration option or parameter contain a space. Neither its getopt() reimplementation nor its option parser have any way of handling input containing spaces.

This makes nullmailer entirely nonfunctional should - for example - your password contain a space.
