Bug Description
Hi there, i got a problem with ntp after the last update of my ubuntu 14.04 x64 after updating tzdata and reboot the system ntp still connecting any 3 min again and again i only could stop it by stoping the ntp service completly.
here are the ip 's that where connected by ntp
129.70.132.36
5.9.156.53
144.76.172.53
131.234.137.23
91.189.94.4
I check them by doing a whois they all seems legid to me but ntp still connecting all the time,
i try sudo ntpd -q -g -x -n and it says time is still sync but ntp not stops connecting.
I reinstall a fresh Ubuntu and after updating the dist the problem still comes back!
Please check this and fix it.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.
