Ntfs-config doesn't open from 10.10 version of ubuntu

To solve this problem, is necessary just create the directory "/etc/hal/fdi/policy" with the command:

sudo mkdir -p /etc/hal/fdi/policy

This command can solve the problem and the users can use the ntfs-config normally.
