Bug Description
Binary package hint: ntfs-3g
The summary pretty much says it all. I'm trying to copy my Thunderbird files from XP to Ubuntu, but I get a "Permission Denied" error every time. I can't even copy the files to a flash drive. I've tried doing a sudo cp but still get the same error.
Nautilus is standard x64 in Jaunty. I've added ntfs-config tool. I've also tried setting permissions for the folder. I don't have problems copying other things (so far).

Thank you for your bug report. Could you please post the output of "mount -l"? Could you also try copying using the terminal? If that doesn't work, please post the exact command you used and the error messages as they appear.
Thanks
