Binary package hint: ntfsprogs

It would be nice if ntfsprogs includes a NTFS volume defragmenter tool so that you can defrag fragmented volumes.

It seems it is planned to create 'ntfsdefrag' a tool to be included in ntfsprogs.

Ultradefrag has been ported to ntfs-3g two years ago. It is marked for testing and will remain so until a few users test it. See http://jp-andre.pagesperso-orange.fr/advanced-ntfs-3g.html#ultradefrag
