Same problem here... I can confirm the same :S

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

Changed in ntfs-3g (Ubuntu):

This is supposed to be fixed in the latest update, see

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ntfs-3g/1:2017.3.23AR.3-3ubuntu1

Please post the ntfs-3g version you are using. For instance post the
output of
            ntfs-3g -version 2>&1 | grep ration

Thanks for your answer...!
Maybe the update is only for Ubuntu 19? I'm on 18.04 LTS...

the output is

ntfs-3g 2017.3.23 integrated FUSE 28 - Third Generation NTFS Driver
Configuration type 7, XATTRS are on, POSIX ACLS are on

Jean-Pierre (jean-pierre-andre) wrote :

Your installed version does not have the fix. If you cannot wait for
a global Ubuntu upgrade, you can try upgrading ntfs-3g from the link
posted in #7. This might imply having to solve some dependencies.

Ok, I'll try to solve dependencies and install that version...!

Because if I want to continue with LTS, it'll never be officially patched?
