Happened to me too. amd64, three firefox windows with multiple tabs open and one of the tabs was set to youtube "great balls of fire" by Jerry Lee Lewis. No other youtube tabs were open at the time.

This appears randomly when playing flash content, rendering all flash content unavailable until firefox has been restarted.

Don't know if this could be related to any of the 50ish npviewer crashes?
