I got this crash with Ubuntu Hardy Heron Alpha6 (AMD64). It happened when I clicked "Open" in the Download dialog of Firefox 3 Beta 3 after I pressed on following link on the shoutcast homepage: http://www.shoutcast.com/sbin/shoutcast-playlist.pls?rn=1025&file=filename.pls

I selected to Open in Rythmbox, Ryhtmbox (0.11.4) opened and I got this error.

I found that fix this morning. Trying it out all day. So far so good, but I haven't been "surfing" too much (where I would normally encounter the need for the plugin).

Just installed and tried it out. It no longer crashes when playing a video nor with more than one video at once. Sometime I have to reload the page to get the videos working properly.
