please remove nspluginwrapper from Ubuntu

This package was removed from Debian due to being retired upstream and no longer useful. See the message from the maintainer: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=671846#15

Please remove this package from the latest development release (Vivid at the time of writing).
